Logicalis Maintenance is a responsive break/fix service,
providing a central point of contact and co-ordination, leveraging
vendor spares holdings. Logicalis maintains very close
relationships with vendors, especially with Cisco and Cisco’s
Technical Assistance Centre (TAC) to ensure that parts,
software and engineers arrive on time and that maintenance issues
are resolved quickly and efficiently. All maintenance calls are
filtered through our Global Support Centre, avoiding the issues
associated with traditional “follow the sun” style models. We are
also one of the only integrators in the Asia-Pacific region that
can provide "one number support" for
Flexpod.
Proactive Maintenance
Looking for the fastest, most cost-effective resolution of
hardware-related faults? Traditional maintenance services are
reactive, requiring the customer to detect, identify and isolate
the problem – and then identify whether the equipment is under
maintenance and log a case with a third party. The maintenance
provider then goes through a similar procedure, delaying any
resolution.
Proactive Maintenance combines traditional reactive maintenance
with a monitoring service. This enables our technical specialists
to remotely detect, identify and isolate problems of all devices
under maintenance much faster.
